Acceptance of Terms

All submissions to Erotaiplay are bound to these terms, even if you do not read these terms. All Terms of Service, remain active and the user acknowledges acceptance of these terms by viewing or using Erotaiplay.com, in any capacity.

Content and Conduct

A. Erotaiplay.com allows for uploading, sharing, engaging in, reading of, and general viewing of various types of adult-oriented Content by registered and unregistered users who desire to share and view visual and written depictions of adult-oriented subjects, including sexually explicit images. You may not submit any materials that portray any character or subject stated or implied to be under the age of 18, or the age of majority.

B. As an Erotaiplay account holder you may submit textual, visual, including but not limited to stories, poetry, polls, profile images, forum messages or instant messages. User submitted writings, roleplay stories, art, or uploads are collectively referred to as "Content." You understand that whether or not such Content is published, Erotaiplay does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any Content.

C. You shall be solely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with Content, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Erotaiplay to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all Content and have all necessary consents to collect, use and disclose any personally identifiable information contained or displayed in any and all Content to enable inclusion and use of the Content in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Service.

D. For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your Content. However, by submitting Content to Erotaiplay, you hereby grant Erotaiplay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the Content in connection with the Erotaiplay Website. You also hereby waive any moral rights you may have in your Content and grant each user of the Erotaiplay Website a non-exclusive license to access your Content through the Website. G. Erotaiplay does not endorse any Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Erotaiplay expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Content. Erotaiplay does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and Erotaiplay will remove all Erotaiplay and Content if properly notified that such Erotaiplay or Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights or contravenes any applicable privacy legislation. Erotaiplay reserves the right to remove Content without prior notice.

Copyright Policy

Images, character names, universes, and settings may be subject to copyright. These images, character names, universes, and settings belong solely to their creators, and Erotaiplay does not claim any copyright ownership to any of these materials. The personas on Erotaiplay.com are purely fictional, and intended as such.

As part of Erotaiplay's copyright policy, Erotaiplay may terminate user access to the Website if a user has been determined to be an infringer. Submission Quality Control

Erotaiplay reserves the right to remove any submissions at their discretion, at any time, with or without notifying the user, regardless of meeting quality guidelines. Submissions are expected to adhere to a general level of quality. Because erotaiplay is for adult-oriented Content, the Website may remove other categories of Content. We may remove erotica submissions which do not have correct grammar, spelling, or punctuation. We may also remove hentai submissions that fail to meet general quality guidelines, including but not limited to:

Scans must be clear, and without issues in lighting or cleanliness.
No lined paper.
Fair line quality and anatomical awareness, depending on artist style and representation.
White pixelation or granulation within the image is not permitted.
Traditional photography is not permitted.

Erotaiplay allows the submission to hentai of the following file types, only: .jpg, .png, and .gif. Any other file type will be rejected.
